This is a research, database, and person locate service tailored to the needs of the client. It is 3 hours of research. If a more in-depth investigation is required, that can be conducted as well via the Background Investigation.
We tailor this service to our customer's needs, a Person Locate/Background Report Service involves, Internet, Database, local/county court records, Social Media, personal property, liens, judgments, bankruptcy, property, phone, address, email, family, friends, and so much more, etc., and is 3 hours of research across many platforms to locate an individual. While this isn't NSA/CIA type stuff where we have a backdoor to Government data, banking, or personal IRS info, however, we do have great tools and data available to us, we have information that is not available on Public Internet Database sites or OSINT, which is open source intelligence. We have access to data that credentialed investigators have.

How long does it take? We usually complete the person locate research service within 1-3 days, provide that to our customers to get feedback, then continue the research. It can take up to a week or so for us to complete the research.
Important! If a person does not have a vehicle registered in their name, if they couch hop, if they do not have a regular 9-5 job, if they do not have credit cards in their name, if they do not have utility bills in their name, and or have recently moved, the Background Research Service is what you will likely need, and that still may not be successful for some cases. That said, we do great work and document everything precisely and make that available to our clients.
Note: We do not guarantee that the subject of the locate will be found. Some people are difficult to find. But the process is Person Locate, Background Research Service, then Surveillance/Investigation services.
Note: We are unable to conduct research for curiosity purposes or on a client. In short, we do not provide private data on a citizen without confirming the purpose of the research. We do not take on every request.

*Important, unused time is refunded per the Agreement and Terms of Service documentation at Checkout. Please follow the Agreement and Terms of Service to ensure a refund is processed.
*Important, there is a research fee if a surveillance case is canceled and research was completed on a subject, POI, or others. Unfortunately, some people have tried to get free research completed, agent time is valuable, and the databases we use are expensive.
*Important, surveillance reports are usually completed within three days of the completed surveillance. Images and video are usually uploaded within 24 to 48 hours of the completed surveillance.
*Important, I am sorry we have to say this, but we cannot break up a 3 hour block of time to use 1 hour at a time. We know this shouldn't have to be explained, but it isn't reasonable to have an agent prepare for a case, drive to a location, work 1 hour, drive home, complete a report, all for 1 billable hour. The minimum each time out is usually 3 hour
*Important,there's a minimum 3 hours used for each surveillance outing unless agent stops investigation/surveillance per their request, if things do not seem to be productive. This usually is when we do not think the correct location or good surveillance can be had. This is decided by the agent and relayed to the customer. This isn't used for breaking up a 3 hour block of time into 1 hour blocks of time.

*Important,a minimum case is 3 hours. We do not charge a retainer or report time*, there's no charge for travel time, and there's usually no charge for mileage*. More hours can be purchased at anytime. Unused time is refunded*.
*Important, we do not charge for mileage or travel time*, and that can be a considerable savings for our customers. When the agent arrives on-site, that is when the time starts, and when they end surveillance, that is when it stops*.
We do not charge for:
- Background Report on the Subject for surveillance cases*
- Mileage under 100 miles per agent per time out (1 hour charge per 100 miles or 1 hour traveled after that)
- Report Time for surveillance
- Travel Time
- Food, tolls, office supplies, etc.

- 4-7 Hours $150.00 per hour
- 8-10 Hours $145.00 per hour
- 11-20 Hours $140.00 per hour
- 24 Hours $135.00 per hour
- 48 Hours $129.00 per hour
- An extra single hour can be purchased for $155
- An extra two hours can be purchased for $310
*Important, there is a 3% fee charged for refunds, this is due to the cost of the credit card processing.
*Important, any extra charges would be for pre approved items like flights, hotel, unique or extra equipment, etc., that the client requests. We will send an invoice for these additional items.

- A password protected file folder is provided to each client so they know exactly what is happening at all times with their case.
