This is a research, database, and internet investigation driven service tailored to the needs of the client. It is 5 hours of research. If a more in-depth investigation is required, that can be conducted as well via the Surveillance and Investigation option, and that includes field investigation work as well. This service, Background Investigation and Research, is the basis for all research cases. 

We tailor this service to our customers needs, a complete Background Investigation that involves, Internet, Database, local/county court records, Social Media, property, liens, judgments, bankruptcy, property, phone, address, email, family, friends, and so much more, etc., and is 5 hours of intense research across many platforms to get the information you are looking for. While this isn't NSA/CIA type stuff where we have a backdoor to Government data, banking, or personal tax info, however, we do have great tools and data available to us, information that is not available on Internet Database sites. If there is information out there on a topic you seek to investigate, we can likely find it. 

It is crucial to consider all aspects of an individual / business when conducting research, which is why we rely on real people and not just databases, as some data requires an agent to request it.

It's important to look at all aspects of an individual or business when conducting social media research. Our social media research is conducted by a real person, not just a database.

How long does it take? We typically complete our initial background research within 1-3 days, provide that to our customers to get feedback, then continue the research. It can take up to a week or so for us to complete the research.

Important! This isn't a service that takes the place of an attorney, we do not have the power of subpoena or statutory authority like law enforcement. It is 5 hours of research, and if the data isn't available, requires a court order or statutory authority, like banking or taxes, it will likely not be found. Employment can also be difficult, but not impossible with research. However, surveillance might be needed. 

Note: We can only report on what we can find. We deal with what we can prove, not what someone knows. 

Note: We are unable to conduct research for curiosity purposes or on a client. In short, we do not provide private data on a citizen without confirming the purpose of the research. We do not take on every request. 

Note: If dating sites are a concern, that would fall under Investigation & Surveillance services.

Important Information Surveillance & Investigations

*Important, unused time is refunded per the Agreement and Terms of Service documentation at Checkout. Please follow the Agreement and Terms of Service to ensure a refund is processed. 

*Important, there is a research fee if a surveillance case is canceled and research was completed on a subject, POI, or others. Unfortunately, some people have tried to get free research completed, agent time is valuable, and the databases we use are expensive.

*Important, surveillance reports are usually completed within three days of the completed surveillance. Images and video are usually uploaded within 24 to 48 hours of the completed surveillance. 

*Important, I am sorry we have to say this, but we cannot break up a 3 hour block of time to use 1 hour at a time. We know this shouldn't have to be explained, but it isn't reasonable to have an agent prepare for a case, drive to a location, work 1 hour, drive home, complete a report, all for 1 billable hour. The minimum each time out is usually 3 hour

*Important,there's a minimum 3 hours used for each surveillance outing unless agent stops investigation/surveillance per their request, if things do not seem to be productive. This usually is when we do not think the correct location or good surveillance can be had. This is decided by the agent and relayed to the customer. This isn't used for breaking up a 3 hour block of time into 1 hour blocks of time.  

Pricing Information Surveillance & Investigations

*Important,a minimum case is 3 hours. We do not charge a retainer or report time*, there's no charge for travel time, and there's usually no charge for mileage*. More hours can be purchased at anytime. Unused time is refunded*.

*Important, we do not charge for mileage or travel time*, and that can be a considerable savings for our customers. When the agent arrives on-site, that is when the time starts, and when they end surveillance, that is when it stops*.

We do not charge for:

  • Background Report on the Subject for surveillance cases*
  • Mileage under 100 miles per agent per time out (1 hour charge per 100 miles or 1 hour traveled after that)
  • Report Time for surveillance
  • Travel Time 
  • Food, tolls, office supplies, etc.

Pricing From:

  • 4-7 Hours $150.00 per hour
  • 8-10 Hours $145.00 per hour
  • 11-20 Hours $140.00 per hour
  • 24 Hours $135.00 per hour
  • 48 Hours $129.00  per hour
  • An extra single hour can be purchased for $155
  • An extra two hours can be purchased for $310

*Important, there is a 3% fee charged for refunds, this is due to the cost of the credit card processing.

*Important, any extra charges would be for pre approved items like flights, hotel, unique or extra equipment, etc., that the client requests. We will send an invoice for these additional items.

*Important, no matter what your Investigation or Surveillance need is, our observation of a person, place, or object, will be well documented, precise, reliable, and confidential. 

  • Background Report for the Subject is included (Background Investigation is extra)
  • Video, Photo, and Audio provided when available 
  • Complete investigation report provided when service is completed
  • Confidential, Secure, Respectful 
  • A password protected file folder is provided to each client so they know exactly what is happening at all times with their case.
