QuestionAre your Investigators qualified?
Answer: All our investigators are highly skilled, well trained, licensed, and insured.

Question: Where are you located?
Answer: Our home office is in Kansas City, MO, but we have locations throughout the country. We service all 50 states, and work throughout the world.

Question: How long will my investigation/ surveillance case take?
Answer: This is the most frequently asked question, and the simple truth is nobody knows. If they did, they would be psychic. We can give estimates, but every case is different based on so many factors, it is impossible to determine. Some cases we may have tons of information, like names, pictures, addresses, phone numbers, common visited places, etc. This may help, but if the subject won't leave their home in a timely manner, then all the information in the world will not matter. If it's a fidelity case, and the subject goes to work, stays in for lunch, goes to the grocery store, then home, that could be 10 hours without a suspicious act. In a child custody case, the kids and parent my remain in their home for an entire weekend without movement. I think you get the point here, there is no way to determine how long cases take, that is why we charge a minimum of 3 hours, and if more hours are needed, we OK that with the customer. This allows the customer to determine the hours and it also ensures the customer is updated on what is going on.

Question: Can investigators hack cell phones, emails, social media, etc.
Answer: No. These are private and protected under law. Access to this information is required via the owner or under subpoena.

Question: Do you guarantee success?
Answer: Believe it or not, people ask this question, and the answer is no. If we are working a fidelity case, we can't make a person cheat on their partner, nor can we make them do something suspicious. We have no idea where people are going to go or what people do with 100% certainty. It is our job to thoroughly document what we are investigating. We do put our investigators in the best possible situations to gain the information our customers are seeking. We do this by constructing a plan of action and researching possible situations that arise. We often will have 2 agents working a case, but only charge for one, so the lead agent has a partner to assist in certain situations.

Question: Is this confidential?
Answer: Yes, the website is encrypted and our employees and contractors do not release information to anyone without instruction by the customer to do so.

Question: Are there additional charges?
Answer: There typically are no additional fees. If additional items are needed, you will be contact before any additional charges are accrued. Please see additional charges for the various service offerings for specific costs.

Question: Can an Investigator appear in court?
Answer: Yes, the Investigator can appear in court, but there are costs for this service.

Question: How will I communicate with the Investigator?
Answer: You will be able to directly email, call, or live chat with us 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This does not mean we always answer, we might be on the other line or addressing another matter, but please leave a message, we will get back to you right away.
