*Important, a minimum new case is 3 hours. We do not charge a retainer or report time, there's no charge for travel time, and there's usually no charge for mileage. More hours can be purchased at anytime. Unused time is refunded.

*Important, we do not charge for mileage or travel time, and that can be a considerable savings for our customers. When the agent arrives on-site, that is when the time starts, and when they end surveillance, that is when it stops.*

*Important, no matter what your Investigation or Surveillance need is, our observation of a person, place, or object, will be well documented, precise, reliable, and will remain confidential. 

• Background Report for the Subject is included (Background Investigation is extra)
• Video, Photo, and Audio provided when available 
• Complete investigation report provided when service is completed

• A password protected file folder is provided to each client so they know exactly what is happening at all times with their case. 

We do not charge for:

• Background Report on the Subject for surveillance cases
  
• Mileage under 100 miles per day (1 hour charge per 100 miles or 1 hour traveled after that)
• Report Time
• Travel Time 
• Food, tolls, office supplies, etc.

Pricing From:

• 4-7 Hours $145.00 per hour
• 8-16 Hours $140.00 per hour
• 17-20 Hours $135.00 per hour
• 24 Hours $130.00 per hour
• 48 Hours $119.00  per hour
• An extra single hour can be purchased for $150
• An extra two hours can be purchased for $300

*Important, case estimates. These are only estimates for a few types of cases, each case is different. It is ideal to get multiple days of the subject matter documented.

• Child Custody 24-48 hours
• Child Support 24-48 hours

• Injured person 24-48 hours

*Important, we do not bill our clients, they pay for the services they need, without a retainer. 

*Important, any extra charges would be for pre approved items like air or hotel that the client knows and requests. 

*Important, there's a minimum 3 hours used for each surveillance outing unless agent stops investigation/surveillance per their request if things do not seem to be productive. This usually is when we do not think the correct location or good surveillance can be had.

*Important, there is an hour service charge for each 100 miles per day each agent drives. There is no charge for cases where less than a 100 miles are driven per that surveillance schedule per agent. In short, most cases will not be charged this time. However, for long drives, the agents have vehicle costs such as fuel, oil, tire, and other costs associated with long drives.  

*Important, there is an hour service charge for placement and an hour for removal of GPS units.
